Our employees’ remuneration consists largely of a fixed salary. The fixed salaries within our company are in line with market conditions. Depending on their position and performance appraisal, employees may receive variable remuneration. This amounts to a maximum of 20% of their fixed income. When determining this remuneration, we look not only at turnover targets but also at non-financial criteria, which account for at least half of what an advisor receives in variable pay. We regularly encourage our employees to act with integrity, soundness and customer focus. How we assess them in this regard determines the level of their fixed salary and variable remuneration.
